Day 3 – Your New Mantra

A friend commented to me about the 30 Days to Feeling Fit program, saying it sounded “hard”. My response is “hardly” - once you educate yourself on it. Do take the 10 mins to read the 30 Days to Feeling Fit packet (provided under Program >> Materials) above to learn the five principles of the program: Eat Clean, Increase Nutrient Intake, Eliminate Allergenic and Addictive Foods, Stabilize Blood Sugar, & Support Elimination Pathways.
